Named Accountable GP

All patients (including children) have been allocated a Named Accountable GP, as required under the GMS Contract.

Please ask at reception should you wish to know who your Named Accountable GP is.

You can continue to see any Doctor or Nurse of your choice and your clinical care will not be affected.

When We Are Closedclosed_sign

If you have an urgent problem that requires a doctor when the surgery is closed, please always telephone 01204 463636. Your call will then be transferred to another service, so please allow time for this process to take place. Have a pen and paper to hand and follow the instructions given each time.
